SmartMix-System The SmartMix system is a complete concrete mixing and batching plant delivery production capacity from 11 bis 34 m³ per hour. SmartMix plants are engineered for ease of operation, easy set-up and for optimal concrete quality, safe operation, low operating cost and maximum flexibility.

SmartMix-Steuerung The control panel is arranged on the mixer platform and the connection to the row-type bins is pre-wired with plug-in connections.

Factory pre-assembled, pre-wired, and tested before shipment, rapid on-site set-up and start-up is guaranteed to get you up and running in the shortest time possible.

Alternatively the control panel may be located on ground level in a control room.

The industry-proven HPGM Planetary Countercurrent Mixer, control panel, cement weigher with electronic load cells and the water meter are all installed and fully integrated into the SmartMix platform.
